It is often necessary to store luggage in a safe place: personal belongings, household goods, equipment, machines, tools, tires (summer or winter according to the season), office furniture, goods for on-line stores. This is a typical situation when renovating a home, moving, abroad or in another city for a few months, when vacating the accommodation during the summer months (many students leave the hostel for the summer) when the home or office is sold, but not yet a new one was purchased, etc. In such cases, it is much cheaper and safer to use a secure warehouse than to pay expensive rents for an apartment or garage. Storage of seasonal items such as bicycles, winter clothes, sports equipment, hobbies and other items that are rarely used and take up a lot of space at home, as well as temporary storage furniture during repair or relocation, has many advantages. For example, proper storage of the bike will reduce the cost of repairing the bike. Keeping it in a dry and dark room will not allow rust, varnish to fade and tire rubber to lose elasticity. In addition, space is vacated in the dwelling. It is more cost effective for small business customers to use self storage than renting a warehouse.
The warehouse is located in the village of Zvezditsa, 10 minutes from the center of Varna by car. It borders an asphalt road, so there is direct access for motor vehicles. The rooms are tall and equipped with shelves that can be removen if not needed. There is also room for more bulky things like laundry, refrigerators, bicycles. It can be rented as a whole premise individually. There is constant video surveillance with recording of movement in the protected area. There is a possibility for the client to set up his own IP camera for 3 BGN / month in the rented room if he wishes. The tenant signs a contract in which he declares that he does not leave items for storage banned by law, firearms, food and non-perishable goods, money and valuables, plants and animals, flammable, explosive, toxic and radioactive substances or which could in any way damage the property of other users or the warehouse itself with equipment therein. It is also proposed to take the entire transfer from us – moving services and transport, and the price is negotiated additionally.
There are four self-storage rooms. The separate rooms are as follows:

-9.8 square meters with dimensions 2.80m / 3.50m, height 3.25m
-8.5 square meters with dimensions 2.10m / 4.05m, height 3.25m
-1.8 square meters with dimensions 0.90m / 2.05m, height 2.30m
These self-storage facilities are the client’s personal space for the specified term. Storage is anonymous. The leased room is locked with the tenant’s own padlock to ensure that no one other will have access to the property. What the customer puts inside depends on him. He can visit his belongings, pick them up, leave more items in storage – as if he was using his own closet at home.-
